These terms govern your use of Rivalscope. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Rivalscope monitors public web pages you choose, summarizes changes with AI and reports on your market. Summaries are generated automatically and may contain mistakes; verify important facts on the original page before acting.

Acceptable use

• Only add publicly accessible competitor pages. Pages that require a login are never crawled.
• Do not add pages that contain personal data (for example profile or people-directory pages).
• Do not use the service to harass, scrape at scale for resale, or circumvent any site’s access controls.

Subscription and billing

Rivalscope is in early access: every feature is included and nothing is charged — no card is needed. Before a paid plan starts we will tell every account at least 30 days in advance, and nobody is charged without subscribing.

Your data

You can export your data as JSON and delete your account at any time from Settings.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
