We collect as little personal data as possible and use it only to run Rivalscope. This policy is designed to meet the GDPR and Turkey’s KVKK.

What we collect

• Your email address and name (to sign you in and send alerts).
• Your time zone (to schedule nightly scans and morning briefings in your local time).
• Push notification endpoints for the devices where you enable alerts.
• For anonymous demo scans we do not store your IP address — only a salted hash for 24 hours to prevent abuse.

Cookies

Only strictly necessary cookies: your session, theme and language. We do not use advertising cookies. Product analytics, if enabled, is cookieless.

Where data lives

On AWS in the EU (Frankfurt), encrypted at rest and in transit. See our subprocessors.

Your rights

Download all your data (Settings → Account → Download my data) or delete your account at any time; deletion completes within 24 hours. Contact hello@getrivalscope.com for any request.
